John McEwan has the distinction of being a Law Society of NSW Accredited Specialist in both Business Law and Commercial Litigation. Having been in practice for over 37 years, John now focuses his extensive business and commercial litigation experience in assisting clients to plan for their Business Success. Both small and large businesses benefit from John’s expertise in areas such as contract negotiations, dispute resolution, company structures and shareholders’ succession agreements. John also utilises his expertise in the important aspects of Estate Planning, Wills and Testamentary Trusts to provide a full range of services to his clients.
John is an active member of the business community and has held and holds various Board positions on community and charitable organizations, presently being the Chairman of Illawarra Regional Information Service (IRIS) and a member of the Salvation Army Illawarra Advisory Board.
